I just made marmalade for the first time using &quot;Anna&#039;s Marmalade&quot; recipe from Barefoot Contessa.  This came out well (used candy thermometer instead of &quot;wrinkle&quot; test).  Will try Ma-made version for comparison.  
Regarding the jelly burn problem - I think there is a funnel experienced canners use to reduce danger of jelly burn -- I may break down and buy one.</description>
